Campout

 Possum Creek Camp out Troop 236 I was walking from the outhouse back to camp trying to come up with ten things that I love about camping. Number one on the list would be: A warm home to go to, the next day. A soft bed that I am learning to miss so much. I wouldn't have missed it at all if I hadn't had to sleep on the ground. There truly is a lot to love about camping. The reddish light cast against the still leafless trees at sunset. Some bird tweeted in the distance. I struggled in my mind for a name to go with the tweet. Cardinal. (Territorial, red bird). All of a sudden I felt smart...well a little smarter than if I were washing the dishes or vacuuming... in the warm home that I alluded to earlier....I guess that's my number two reason why I love camping.
